The Full Story
These sessions are a space for you. There is no expectation for how you need to show up here, this is your time to process and work through whatever you need.
My work in these sessions is primarily drawn from Emotion-Focused, Narrative, and Person-Centered theoretical approaches, as well as Internal Family Systems. I may also introduce cognitive, behavioral, or mindfulness elements as appropriate. However, everything is tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
60 - Minute Counselling Session
60 minute individual counselling session that can take place in my office in North Vancouver or online via Doxy (a secure telehealth platform).

90-Minute Counselling Session
90 minute individual counselling session that can take place in my office in North Vancouver or online via Doxy (a secure telehealth platform).

Please note that many extended health plans do cover the cost of sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor. I will provide you with a receipt after every session and you may submit these to your provider directly for reimbursement.
Payment is accepted by credit card or e-transfer.
